Research on process control of producing carnallite in salt pan

Study on process of producing carnallite in salt pan in Qinghai Salt Lake Potash Co.,Ltd.was carried out.The process control key points of raw brine,brine of forming carnallite,and old brine were discussed.It was illustrated that in the process of producing carnallite,saturated brine in the raw brine should be used,introduction of brine of forming carnallite should be determined by the component and temperature of the brine,and the aged brine should be discharged in time.
