湿法磷酸制备磷酸脲的工艺优化研究

摘    要:采用正交实验方法,研究了湿法磷酸制备磷酸脲的工艺条件.方差分析证明磷酸质量分数对产率影响高度显著;极差分析结果表明,各因素影响程度从大到小依次为磷酸质量分数、反应温度、结晶时间、反应时间、磷酸与尿素摩尔比.优化得到的最佳工艺参数为:反应温度70℃、反应时间60 min、磷酸质量分数70%、磷酸与尿素摩尔比1∶1、结晶时间8h,此条件下磷酸脲产率可达80.70%.该工艺条件可以很好地用于磷酸脲的生产,具有一定的理论和实用价值.

Abstract:Based on the orthogonal experiment,the optimal process conditions of preparing urea phosphate from wet-process phosphoric acid are obtained.The result of variance analysis shows that the influence of phosphoric acid concentration on yield of urea phosphate is very notable.The effects on the yield of urea phosphate are listed in the following decreasing order: concentration of phosphoric acid >reaction temperature >crystallization time >reaction time >the molar ratio of phosphoric acid to urea.The optimal technology parameters are as follows: reaction temperature 70 ℃,reaction time 60 min,concentration of phosphoric acid 70%,n(phosphoric acid)/)n(urea)=1∶1,crystallization time 8 h.The yield of urea phosphate could reach 80.70%.The optimal parameters can be used in the production of urea phosphate,which has a certain theoretical and practical value.
