摘    要:以丹东爱阳镇凤煤煤矿未经焙烧的煤矸石为研究对象,考察了不同焙烧温度活化、焙烧-机械力化学复合活化对煤矸石铝浸出率的影响,并采用Ar-TPR-MS、SEM、XRD和粒度分析对活化前后的样品进行检测.结果表明:热焙烧、复合活化均可以促进铝的浸出,由于焙烧温度不同煤矸石质点热运动程度不同,发生的反应不同,使得铝的化学环境产生差异,即铝的活化程度不同,铝的浸出率亦有所不同.热焙烧通过改变铝的化学环境进行铝的活化.400℃低温焙烧后的煤矸石机械活化30 min即可实现98%的铝的浸出率,原因是机械活化使煤矸石粒子进一步细化,有利于铝的浸出.

Abstract:Effects of calcining temperature and calcining+mechanical activation on the Al extraction of a coal gangue were investigated.Ar-TPR-MS,SEM,XRD and granularity analysis were used to determine the extraction percent of Al.The results showed that both calcining and the calcining+mechanical enhanced the extraction of Al.Different extraction of Al resulted from the different calcining temperature because the environment of Al changed under different temperatures.For the samples activated by mechanical activation for 30 min after 400 0C calcining activation,the extraction percent of Al was increased from 89% to 98%.The mechanism of Al mechaincal activation was to decrease the size of particles.
