芳纶纤维表面改性的研究进展

摘    要:芳纶纤维是当今高性能有机纤维的代表,树脂基复合材料是其主要应用形式。但是惰性的化学结构、光滑的表面以及由此带来的与基材间粘结性差的问题成为制约芳纶纤维应用的瓶颈。因此,芳纶纤维的表面改性研究显示出重要的理论意义和巨大的应用价值。综述了近年来芳纶纤维表面改性的研究方法,并指出了芳纶表面改性技术的发展方向。

Abstract:Aramid fibers as a new high performance fibers enter into the rapid development of the period in the 21 st century,however,the inert chemical structure and smooth surfaces of the fibers and thus inducing poor chemical bonding or mechanical interlock to various substrates become the key problem retarding its application in a large scale.Therefore,the subject on the surface modification of aramid fibers shows great importance in both theory and application.In this paper new search progress on the surface modification of aramid fibers are reviewed,and the direction of developing the surface modification of aramid fibers is proposed.
