芳基磷酸酯对PC/PBT合金阻燃性能和酯交换反应的影响

摘    要:在双酚A型聚碳酸酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯合金(PC/PBT)中分别采用两种芳基磷酸酯[间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)(RDP)和双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)(BDP)]为阻燃剂,考察了其对PC/PBT合金力学性能、阻燃性能和其在锥形量热仪中的热释放行为影响。并且采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了芳基磷酸酯对PC/PBT体系的酯交换反应,以解释力学性能变化的原因。结果表明,RDP和BDP在PC/PBT中用量为10%时均达到UL94V-0级别,但加入BDP的体系的力学性能优于加入RDP的体系。热释放行为说明,RDP的阻燃作用同时包括气相与凝聚相作用,而BDP主要为凝聚相阻燃作用。BDP明显地抑制了PC/PBT的酯交换反应,因此有较好的力学性能。

Abstract:Two aryl phosphates,resorcinol bis(diphenyl phosphate)(RDP) and bisphenol A bis(diphenyl phosphate)(BDP),were added in PC/PBT blends as flame retardants,respectively.The influences of aryl phosphates on the mechanical properties,flame retardance and heat release behaviors in cone calorimeter of PC/PBT blends were studied.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was used to investigate the transesterification of PC/PBT blends.When 10wt% RDP or BDP was added,PC/PBT achieved UL94 V-0,but BDP provided better mechanical properties to PC/PBT than RDP.The flame retardant action of RDP took place in both gas and condensed phase,while the main flame retardant action of BDP resulted from condensed phase action only.BDP strongly inhibited the transesterification between PC and PBT.
