摘    要:水热法制备了TiO2纳米管,并采用简单加热回流的方法制备了ZnS/TiO2纳米复合材料。采用TEM、XRD分析手段对产物进行表征,并对其光催化降解酸性玫瑰红B(AR)染料废水进行了研究。考察了反应物供给速率、硫化锌复合量、催化剂稳定性、光照对光催化降解效果的影响。研究表明控制反应物供给速率和硫化锌的负载量可使硫化锌在二氧化钛纳米管表面均匀分散。当染料废水初始浓度为10mg/L,ZnS:TiO2=8:1时,ZnS/TiO2复合材料光催化活性最高。且催化剂稳定性较好。

Abstract:Titanium dioxide nanotube composites were prepared by hydrothermal methods and ZnS/TiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by simple refluxing methods.The composite materials were characterized by TEM,XRD and the photocatalytic degradation activity of acid rose red B(AR) dye wastewater was studied.The effect of reactant supply rate、the amount of zinc sulfide、 catalyst stability and the light on the photocatalytic degradation were studied.The results showed that ZnS could uniformly disperse on TiO2 nanotubes surface by controlling the reactant supply rate and the amount of ZnS.The photocatalytic activity of ZnS/TiO2 nanocomposites was the highest when initial concentration of dye wastewater was 10 mg/L and the ratio between ZnS and TiO2 was 8∶1.Moreover,catalyst had preferable stability.
