水云母页岩低温全湿法制取氟硅酸钾及副产白炭黑试验研究

摘    要:采用全湿法硫酸一氟硅酸体系在105℃低温浸出贵州福泉某地水云母页岩,钾浸出率达95.62%,浸出液加入氟硅酸沉钾,钾回收率达95.47%,最终钾总回收率达90%以上,氟硅酸钾产品K2 SiF6质量分数达98%以上.硫酸一氟硅酸体系浸出过程中产生的SiF4气体经吸收瓶吸收,得到白炭黑沉淀物和可循环利用的氟硅酸溶液,能大大降低生产成本.

Abstract:Potassium leaching rate reached 95.62% through leaching hydromica-shale in sulfuric acid and fluosilicic acid system with low temperature(105 ℃) hydrometallurgical process.Potassium was recovered by adding fluosilicic acid into leaching solution,and its recovery reached 95.47%.The final total recovery of potassium reached over 90%,and the content of K2SiF6 in potassium fluosilicate product reached over 98%.SiF4 gas produced from leaching process in sulfuric acid and fluosilicic acid system was adsorbed by absorption bottle to generate white carbon black sediment and fluosilicic acid solution,which can be recycled to significantly reduce the cost.
