江西修水高纯石英选矿试验研究

摘    要:采用“擦洗—脱泥—磁选—浮选—分级”的主要工艺流程,对江西修水高纯石英矿进行提纯试验.对+0.104 mm产物进行“酸浸—高温爆裂”试验,可得到SiO2质量分数≥99.98%,TFe2O3为4.46 μg/g的高纯石英;对-0.104 mm产物进行“擦洗”试验,可获得D90=12.05μm,SiO2质量分数为99.90%的超细硅微粉.

Abstract:The main technological process of ’scouring-desliming-magnetic separation-flotation-classification’was adopted in the program of studying on concentration test of quartz from Jiangxi Xiushui.The test by process of ’acid leaching –high temperature bursting’was carried out on the oversize product of 0.104 mm.The final product could be obtained with the content of SiO2 above 99.98% and Fe2O3 being 4.46 μg/g.With the help of scouring,the concentrate of screen product contains SiO2 99.90% and the particle size of 90% product is no more than 12.05 μm.
