摘    要:利用AspenPlus工艺流程模拟软件对吉林石化公司精细化学品厂1.5万t/a异丁烯装置的醚处理塔(t-1201)进行了模拟计算,研究了回流比和塔釜液中础(MTBE)对侧线采出产品质量影响、塔顶操作压力对相关操作参数的影响,提出了工艺控制优化方案,从而达到稳定控制醚处理塔(T-1201)侧线采出产品质量,满足下步裂解反应工序生产需求,延长裂解反应催化剂的使用寿命。

Abstract:MTBE Processing tower in 15 kt/a isobutylene processing unit in Fine Chemical Factory of Jilin Petrochemical Company was simulated by means of Aspen Plus process simulation software.The effect of reflux ratio and w(MTBE) in bottom stream on the quality of the side-draw product was researched.The effect of overhead operation pressure on the relevant operation parameters of the tower was studied.In order to meet the next step reaction process production needs and to extend the life of cracking catalysts,process control optimization scheme was proposed to achieve stability control quality of tower side-draw product.
