基于ANSYS的压力容器的应力分析与壁厚优化设计

摘    要:应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对一缓冲器压力容器进行应力分析与壁厚优化设计。在满足应力强度的条件下得到合理方案,容器质量减小了17.5%,球形封头壁厚减小了16.7%,优化结果明显。

Abstract:The finite element analysis software ANSYS was applied in stress analysis and thickness optimal design of buffer pressure vessel.The appropriate scheme was obtained while meeting the demand of stress intensity.Optimization result was remarkable that the weight of the pressure vessel reducde about 17.5% while the thickness of spherical head dropped by 16.7%.
