| Abstract: | The research progress in preparation of inorganic nanotubes which include hydrothermal methods,sol-gel methods,microwave-assisted methods and low temperature solution method were introduced.The major factors which affected morphology and growth mechanism of the nanotubes were analyzed.The future perspectives were pointed out. |
