Abstract:In this work,a medical protective fabric was fabricated via a pad-knife coating method.For the preparation of coating adhesive,polyurethane and OK-412 improves the function and appearance of the fabric.The results show that when the content of FD-8 waterproof agent is 3.0% and OK-412 is 2.0%,the coated with outstanding hydrostatic pressure(>10.00 kPa),good moisture permeability(>2500 g/m2,24 h),excellent waterproof property(>4 grade),high antistatic performance(≤0.6μC/件),and good anti-synthetic blood penetrability(>4 grade)can be obtained,which can be used for medical protective clothing fabrics.
