| 摘 要： | 在进行谐振放大器的质量指示分析和电路设计参数的选择的教学过程中,学生普遍反映较难,为了激发学生的学习兴趣和提高教学质量,在教学中引入了Pspice仿真软件。一方面对单调谐放大器的增益、通频带、选择性以及相互关系进行了仿真分析;另一方面给出放大器的设计指标,采用参数扫描与Optimezer Parameters优化模块相结合的方式,对电路进行了优化设计,设计结果表明在误差范围内完全满足指标要求,这为以后的理论教学和实验教学提供了一种新的方法和途径。
