钢的屈服强度与激活能

摘    要:研究了16Mn钢在较大范围温度和应变速率下的屈服强度以及激活能与应力的关系。屈服强度和对数应变速率分阶段呈线性关系,且随温度降低和应变速率升高而升高。外加应力对激活能无影响,但增加温度使其升高。通过拟合分析,获得屈服强度和温度、应变速率以及激活能的关系,该关系可以获得与试验较为理想的吻合。

Abstract:The paper reports an investigation of yield stress and the relationship of activation energy and stress at relative wade range of temperatures and strain rates.The linear relationship of yield stress and logarithmic strain rate is shown and the yield stress is increased as the decrease of temperature and the increase of strain rate,There is no influence of stress on the activation energy which will increase as the increase of temperature,Through regression analysis an equation of yield stress with strain rate,temperature and activation energy bas been obtained and it can predict the yield stress well with experiments.
