| 摘 要： | 介绍热交换器制造中铜管与钢板的管板爆炸焊接实验研究结果,确定铜管与钢板爆炸焊接的工艺参数,分析管板爆炸焊接界面的波形特征。实验结果表明,铜管与钢板的爆炸焊接技术是可行的,并可应用于工业生产。根据实验结果,对理论药量计算公式进行修正。

| Abstract: | This paper presents an experimental study on explosive welding of copper tube vs steel plate. Technical parameter of explosive welding of copper tube vs steel plate is ascertained and the character of waveform on the interface is examined. Experimental results show that explosive welding of copper tube vs tube-steel plate is feasible, and it can be used in the industry. According to the result of experiment, the existing formula for calculating dynamite amount is amended. |
