| 摘 要： | 为了探讨细胞分裂素6-BA对假单性结实无核葡萄品种种子形成的影响,以金星无核、希姆劳特和布朗无核为试材,研究了6-BA不同处理时间、不同处理次数和不同处理浓度对种皮及胚珠生长发育的影响.结果表明,外观发育正常种子百分率较高的处理金星无核为花后40d和6-BA浓度6mg/L,希姆劳特与布朗无核均为40d和3mg/L,金星无核与希姆劳特仅比对照分别降低0.88%、3.92%,而布朗无核比对照提高10.24%;不同次数和浓度的处理中,布朗无核6mg/L的1次处理,其种皮发育正常种子数百分率最高为82.61%,且有2/3的处理高于对照,但金星无核、希姆劳特其外观发育正常种子数百分率均低于对照;该试验产生胚珠的比率虽然较低,但表明了合理使用6-BA可以促进无核葡萄胚珠的发育.

| Abstract: | Effects of different dates,times and concentrations of 6-BA on seed trace development of stenospermic grape were studied in three cultivars of Venus Seedless,Himrod Seedless and Bronx Seedless.The result showed that the treatmemts of Bronx Seedless and Himrod Seedless were 3mg/L,40d and 6mg/L,40d for Venus Seedless for getting highest percents of exterior normal seed,after blooming.The percents of exterior normal seed of Venus Seedless and Himrod Seedless were decreased only by of different times and concen... |
