| 摘 要： | KDN-200/30Y型制氮设备配套的ZR132-10型无油螺杆空压机组,由于主机腔内特氟龙涂层脱落,出现中间压力和温度升高、排气量骤降的现象,导致制氮设备无法正常运行。总结无油螺杆空压机日常运行、维护过程中的注意要点。

| Abstract: | Due to peeling of Teflon coat in cavity of main machine, in Model ZR132-10 oil-free screw type air compressor set completed for Model KDN-200/30Y nitrogen generation equipment, the intermediate pressure and temperature raise, and the exhaust volume abruptly drops, which results in impossible normal run of nitrogen generation equipment. Here, the key points in daily run and maintenance process are summarized. |
