基于三维参数化模型的工程图尺寸自动标注与布局

摘    要:二维工程图在产品的设计、制造中具有十分重要的作用,但工程图的生成、尺寸的标注与布局都是耗时费力的工作。为解决工程图自动生成的问题,对基于三维参数化模型的工程图自动生成系统进行了研发,着重介绍了尺寸自动标注与布局的算法,并在NX UG上实现了这些算法,取得了较好的辅助制图效果,在生产实际中获得了推广应用。

Abstract:Two-dimensional engineering drawing has a vital role in the design and manufac- ture of products, but the generation of engineering drawing, the dimensioning and layout are all time-consuming work. In order to automatically generate the engineering drawing, study was made on the automatic generation system of engineering drawing based on 3D parametric model. The automatic dimensioning of engineering drawing and the algorithms of layout in the system were introduced. The algorithms were got in NX UG, and a good effect for aiding the drawing was achieved.
