Abstract:The origin and status of Chinese liquor making areas were introduced. Among these areas, Northeast China has a certain foundation and advantages, while deficiency. By changing concepts, effectively taking advantage of the resources, guaranteeing quality and performing innovation, the future development of the liquor in Northeast China is still expectable.
