摘    要:详细分析和讨论了内压缩流程空分设备的氧/氮两组分、氧/氮/氩三组分及氧/氩两组分和氮/氩两组分的相平衡,上塔、下塔、粗氩塔、精氩塔的精馏特征以及高压换热器、低压换热器、过冷器和主冷的换热特点。

Abstract:Here, the inner compression process air separation plant is in details analyzed and approached in the following respects: phase equilibrium of oxygen/nitrogen two components, oxygen/nitrogen/argon three components, and oxygen/argon two components, and nitrogen/argon two components, the rectification characteristics of upper tower, lower tower, crude argon tower and fine argon tower, and the features of heat exchange of high-pressure heat exchanger, low-pressure heat exchanger, sub-cooler, and main condenser.
