摘    要:根据光栅自成像原理,由波长为690nm的半导体激光器、准直透镜、光电接收元件和光栅等组成细光栅自成像光学系统,得到高质量的莫尔条纹信号。以此信号为基础的细光栅光电轴角编码器具有精度高、频响高、易于实现小型化等优点。该技术是提高光电轴角编码器测角精度和环境适应性的一种新的实用的解决途径。

Abstract:High-quality Moire fringe signal is obtained by a self-imaging system consisting of a 690nm semiconductor laser, collimating lens, photoelectric receiving elements and fine gratings according to grating self-imaging principle. The fine grating photoelectric shaft encoder based on the Moire fringe signal has the advantages of high accuracy, high response frequency and easily realized miniaturization. The technique is a new and practical solving approach for improving angle-measuring and environmental adaptability of the photoelectric shaft encoder.
