| 摘 要： | 江阴市月城镇控制性详细规划是规划设计的一次新的尝试,在对月城镇"水文章"的专题研究基础上,运用了国家科技部"十五"科技攻关项目的科研成果《小城镇规划技术指标体系》,创新性地进行城镇风貌设计,从整体空间形态着手,进行自然和人工的最佳组合,指导城镇控制规划设计,塑造现代江南水乡特色的城镇新风貌,为月城镇的经济社会发展提供更好的空间载体,也使规划管理部门操作更直观、更规范化。
