喷射成形共晶铝硅合金的成形性研究

摘    要:本文即针对喷射成形共晶铝硅合金成形性进行研究 ,采用Gleeble15 0 0实验机进行压缩比实验 ,并同时量测流动应力。本研究以涡卷式压缩机用之涡卷转子为载具 ,进行共晶铝硅合金锻件的开发分析。试锻结果确认喷射成形共晶铝硅合金具有近似于 60 61及 40 3 2的成形性 ,在相同锻造条件下 ,涡卷端面平面度与 60 61及 40 3 2并无显著差异

Abstract:The formability of spray formed eutectic aluminum silicon alloys are investigated by using the isothermal upset test in this study.Aluminum silicon alloys with composition Al\|12Si\|2Cu\|1Fe is taken directly from spray formed condition to prepare the specimen of cylinder shape with dimension of 15mm in height and a diameter of 10mm.Gleeble 1500 forming test unit equipped with real time display and data acquisition system is used to perform the upset test.In order to clarify the deformation behavior under different working conditions,three different strain rate(0 1,1,10)and temperature ranging from ambient to 500℃ is selected to upset the billet.Deformation behaviors such as forming limit defined by reduction in height and fracture as well as flow stress under different hot working conditions are presented in detail.The experimental results show that the billet can be compressed to 70% of reduction in height at temperature from 350 to 450℃,regardless the strain rate is 0 1,1 or 10.However,crack is observed at 500℃ with strain rate more than 1.It is suggested that the suitable temperature range for forging is between 350 to 450℃.Compared with flow stress data in the literature,the value of spray formed alloys fall in the range between aluminum 7075 and 2014 under similar working condition.In order to verify the forgeability of spray formed alloys,the orbiting scroll for compressor is forged by using spring\|assisted back pressure forging tooling.The 650 ton knuckle joint press is used for scroll forging and the forging temperature is 400~450℃.The results indicate the spray formed alloys exhibit good forgeability and is comparable to aluminum alloy 6061 and 4032.
