ZL108合金激光熔凝工艺的研究

摘    要:用正交试验法确定了对ZL108活塞合金进行激光熔凝处理的工艺参数,如激功率,扫描速度,光斑直径等。通过试验验证确定了最佳工艺参数,并设计了新型吸收涂层,分别用SiO2涂层和w(Al2O3)=40%,w(SiO2)=40%,w(C)=20%,混合涂层涂敷的ZL108合金,激光处理后熔凝区溶度和熔凝区宽度符合技术指标,熔凝区显微硬度也有较大提高,这主要是由于组织细化和固溶化的缘故,这将有利于活塞性能的改善。

Abstract:Technological parameters, including laser power P , scanning velocity v , laser beam diameter D , in laser remelting/solidifying treatment for ZL108 alloy piston were determined by orthogonal experimental technique. The optimum parameters were established by verifiable experiment and two new absorptive coatings were designed. Depth and width of the treated zone on ZL108 alloy precoated with SiO 2 coating and 40%Al 2O 3 +40%SiO 2 +20% C coating respectively were in coincidence with technological index. Due to the microstructure refinement and solid solution strengthening, the greatly elevated micro hardness of treated zone was beneficial to improving the piston properties.
