薄煤层采煤机摇臂壳体的瞬态动力学分析

摘    要:以某煤机公司设计的含硫化铁矿结核体的薄煤层采煤机摇臂壳体为研究对象,基于Pro/ENGINEER建立了采煤机截割部的三维实体模型,并应用有限元分析软件ANSYS与多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS之间的双向接口,实现了考虑柔性体对机械系统动力学行为的影响;基于MATLAB软件生成了螺旋滚筒的瞬时负载文件,并将其导入ADAMS环境下的采煤机截割部刚柔耦合虚拟样机系统中,解决了含硫化铁矿结核体薄煤层采煤机截割部的输入实现问题;利用ADAMS的载荷文件对摇臂壳体进行了瞬态动力学分析并得到了基于精确动力学仿真结果的应力应变结果,发现了采煤机摇壳体设计上存在的问题,并对薄弱环节进行了优化,提高了产品质量,研究成果具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
