摘    要:采用Gleble1500高温等温压缩试验研究了一种2091铝锂合金高温塑性变形时的流变应力行为。结果表明,应变速率和变形温度的变化影响合金稳态流变应力的大小,稳态流变应力与真应力大小无关。应变速率和流变应力之间满足双曲正弦关系,温度和流变应力之间满足Arhenius关系。可用包含Arhenius项的ZenerHollomon参数描述2091合金高温塑性变形时的流变应力行为。

Abstract:The flow stress behavior of the 2091 Al Li alloy during plastic deformation at elevated temperature was studied by isothermal compression test using Gleeble 1500. The results show that the flow stress is controlled by both strain rate and temperature. The steady state flow stress is however, independent from true strain. A hyperbolic sine relationship is found to correlate well the flow stress with the strain rate, and an Arrhenius relationship with the temperature. The flow stress of the 2091 alloy during high temperature deformation can be represented by a Zener Hollomon parameter including the Arrhenius term.
