半硬磁性FeCrCo合金的热处理工艺及其对性能的影响

摘    要:用传统的铁铬钴制造方法结合固溶、磁场热处理、时效工艺制备了半硬磁性铁铬钴合金。分析了热处理工艺对合金磁性能的影响。结果表明,热处理的温度和时间对合金磁性能有显著影响。通过改变铁铬钴永磁合金的热处理工艺,可得到不同性能的半硬磁类合金,以满足不同的应用需求。在此基础上总结了工艺控制要点。最后指出,采用合适的设备及工艺控制方法,可以控制半硬磁合金的矫顽力偏差在4kA/m以内。

Abstract:Semi-hard magnetic FeCrCo alloy was made by conventional casting process followed by solid solution,magnetic heat-treatment and aging.The effects of heat-treatments on the magnetic properties of the alloy were researched.It showed that the heat-treatment temperature and time has distinct effect on the magnetic properties of the alloy.FeCrCo alloy with different semi-hard magnetic properties for different applications can be acquired by changing the heat-treatment process.In this foundation,the process contr...
