| 摘 要： | 水能资源是水资源的重要组成部分,水能是清洁可再生能源。本文分析了水能资源开发对陕西可持续发展的作用及无序开发可能对生态环境等造成的影响,提出了在保护生态的基础上有序开发水能资源的措施。

| Abstract: | Water energy, clean and reusable energy, is the important composing part of the water resources. This article is to analyse the role of water energy exploitation playing in the sustainable development in Shaanxi Province, and the probable influence of unorderly developing on environment, bring out the measures of orderly developing water energy resources based on the ecological environment protection. |
