压制压力对铜基粉末冶金刹车材料组织和性能的影响

摘    要:压制压力是铜基粉末冶金航空刹车材料制造的关键工艺参数之一。通过粉末冶金的方法制备了铜基粉末冶金刹车材料,研究了压制压力(200,400,600,700MPa)对压坯和烧结件显微组织的影响以及由此引起的抗压强度、耐磨性能的变化。结果表明,随着压制压力的增大,基体中的孔隙数量增加,基体晶粒尺寸变小,并趋于均匀,材料的抗压强度和耐磨性能出现先增加后下降再增加的趋势。采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜分析了材料性能变化规律的形成原因。

Abstract:The effect of compaction pressure on the microstructure,mechanical properties and friction properties of Cu-based friction materials have been studied.The results show that with the increase of compaction pressure,the porosity in Cu matrices increases,the grain size diminishes ad the grain's distribution trends toward homogenization;also the compressive strength and wearability increases first,reduces then and finally increases again.In addition,the formation mechanisms of the change law dealing with the materials properties have been analysed by photomicrograph and scanning electron microscope observetion.
