摘    要:真空干燥在食品工业中有重要的应用,近几年来,真空技术与微波加热技术和其它干燥技术相结合,出了一些新的真空干燥装置类型,提出了我国应加快研制开发真空微波干燥装置的新观点。

Abstract:Vacuum dryers have found wide applications in food industries.Combined with microwave technology and/or other drying technology,some new kind of vacuum dryers for food processing have been developed in Europe and America recently with some unique characteristics.Some new ideas on the study and development of this type of vacuum dryers in our country is proposed.
