摘    要:以丙烯酸(AA)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SS)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为原料合成了一种水性光敏聚合物PSAG用于分散多壁碳纳米管(MCNTs)。采用核磁共振对PSAG进行了结构表征。研究发现,在水溶液中,PSAG对MCNTs有很好的分散性能,在相同分散条件下,其分散性能不逊色于商用聚合物分散剂:聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)和聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)。并且,PSAG-MCNTs涂层经紫外光曝光后可以形成交联结构,大大提高涂层的耐水性,同时具有较高的导电性能。

Abstract:Acrylic acid (AA), sodium 4-styrenesulfonate (SS) and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) were used to synthesize a photosensitive water-soluble polymeric dispersant PSAG, which was utilized to disperse multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MCNTs). The structure of PSAG was confirmed by 1H-NMR. The results showed that PSAG was a excellent dispersant for MCNTs in water, resulting in homogeneous and stable PSAG-MCNTs aqueous dispersion. In addition, compared to the two common polymeric dispersants of Triton X-100 and PSS, PSAG demonstrated better performance for dispersing MCNTs at the same condition Furthermore, the photosensitive PSAG-MCNTs could be cross-linked after UV irradiation, leading to significant improvement in the water resistance of MCNTs films with high conductive property
