摘    要:吸湿是TAC膜的固有特性,由此导致膜的变形、产生压点、印痕等问题给下游偏光片客户的使用造成影响,从而制约了TAC膜向高端应用领域的发展,成为TAC膜亟待解决的质量问题之一。为了克服TAC膜易吸湿的缺点,国外生产厂家通过限制原材料醋酸纤维素的取代基位置和取代程度、选择专门的UV吸收剂和增塑剂以及添加纳米颗粒的措施来改善薄膜在高湿度环境下的吸湿性。本论文在查阅文献的基础上,结合自身的工作实际,对增塑剂的使用进行优化,以期改善TAC膜的吸湿性。本论文首先建立了5项检测方法,用以表征TAC膜的吸湿性,并选取国外厂家竞品作为改善目标值。之后选取纤维素、增塑剂TPP、增塑剂DMEP、增塑剂BDP、纳米粒子作为要素,采用正交试验的方法,确定优化方向。

Abstract:The TAC film is hygroscopic because of the hydrophilic acetate group contained in cellulose triacetate, the raw materials of TAC. Therefore, the dimensional stability and surface properties are apt to be influenced by environment. The high hygroscopicity of the TAC film induces the appearance distortion of film, So, The study of the TAC film hygroscopicity has important practical significance In order to overcome this shortcomings of TAC film, foreign manufacturers have done a lot of research to improve the hygroscopicity of the TAC film at high humidity, such as limiting the substituent location and degree of substitution of cellulose acetate, selecting special UV absorbers, plasticizers and nano particles. Based on these foreign experiences, the dope formula was optimized Five detection methods were established to characterize the hygroscopicity of the TAC film, and the foreign competing product was selected as improvement target. Orthogonal experiment was carried out, in which the cellulose, plasticizer (TPP, DMEP, BDP), nano particles were selected as elements. The optimal direction was determined by the test results
