摘    要:传统公式由于没有考虑灰渣中残碳影响而使过量空气系数的计算结果产生误差,比真实值偏大,燃烧工况越差,灰渣中残碳含量越大。过量空气系数也越大,以此来进行调整将使燃烧更加恶化;传统的过量空气系数公式以干烟气为基础得到的,不适用于现场以湿烟气分析结果的计算;本文考虑了过量空气系数的各种因素影响,得出了计算过量空气系数的准确公式,进行实际烟量的计算时也可参照本文进行。

Abstract:In conventional expression of calculating excess air coefficient, the remaining carbon in ash is neglected and the calculating results are bigger than the real value, resulting in bad combustion in the boiler. In addition, the excess air coefficient figured out by the conventional expression is suitable for dry flue gas and it is tedious to be applied with the in - situ data of wet flue gas. Considering various parameters relative to the excess air coefficient, an improved expression is proposed to determine the actual excess air coefficient. It can also be used in calculation of actual volume flow of flue gas.
