摘    要:司家营铁矿露天矿山划分水平台阶由上向下逐分层开采,采场台阶采用孔间微差爆破方法进行深孔爆破,针对爆破过程中存在爆破振动大扰民、爆破效果差,火工品消耗多,成本高等问题,利用数码电子雷管延时精度高、时间设定灵活、网络检测智能、安全性能可靠等特点实现逐孔起爆,在保证爆破作业本质安全可靠前提下,达到显著降低爆破振动、改善爆破效果、降低爆破炸药单耗,节省了爆破成本,同时提高采矿劳动生产效率。

Abstract:The horizontal steps of the open pit mine of Sijiaying Iron Mine are divided from top to bottom and layered by layer.The stop steps adopt the inter hole differential blasting method for deep hole blasting.For the blasting process,there is blasting vibration and large disturbance,and the blasting effect is poor.The product consumes a lot of money and has high cost.The digital electronic detonator is characterized by high delay precision,flexible time setting,intelligent network detection,and reliable safety performance.The hole by hole detonation is realized,and the blasting operation is significantly reduced under the premise of ensuring the blasting operation is intrinsically safe and reliable.Vibration,improve blasting effect,reduce the unit consumption of blasting explosives,save the cost of blasting,and improve the efficiency of mining labor.
