摘    要:黄沙坪铅锌选矿厂多年来采用高碱条件下优先浮选铅锌工艺流程回收铅锌,大量石灰的加入抑制了部分铅、银金属矿物,导致铅精矿伴生银回收率难以突破45%,且存在选矿厂尾矿水碱度、COD高等环境问题。为了进一步提升伴生银回收率,提高黄沙坪的环保水平,公司组织开展了铅锌无石灰清洁生产选矿新工艺研究。结果表明,在自然pH条件下,铅锌无石灰清洁生产选矿新工艺(无碱选矿)相比高碱工艺,铅回收率提高了0.3个百分点,锌回收率提高了1.5个百分点,铅精矿伴生银回收率提高了9.82个百分点,经济效益与环境效益显著。

Abstract:For many years,Huangshaping lead zinc concentrator has adopted the preferential flotation process of lead zinc under the condition of high alkalinity to recover lead zinc.The addition of a large amount of lime has restrained some of the lead and silver metallic minerals,which leads to the difficulty in breaking 45% of the recovery of associated silver with lead concentrate.There are some environmental problems such as high alkalinity and COD of tailings water in concentrator.In order to improve the recovery rate of associated silver and improve the environmental protection level of Huangshaping,the company organized and carried out the research on the new mineral processing technology of lead zinc lime free production.The results show that under the condition of natural pH,the recovery of lead and zinc is increased by 0.3 percentage points and the recovery of zinc is increased by 1.5 percentage points compared with the high alkali process The recovery of associated silver in lead concentrate was increased by 9.82 percentage points,and the economic and environmental benefits were significant.
