特厚煤层综放面小煤柱沿空掘巷安全保障体系研究

摘    要:小煤柱沿空掘巷对于巷道矿压治理,工作面安全高效开采有着重要意义。以同忻矿5305小煤柱巷为工程背景,为了确保巷道的顺利掘进,辨识了巷道掘进期间安全风险源,从矿压监测、遗留硐室填充、水、火、瓦斯防治等方面提出了相应要求,建立了特厚煤层综放面小煤柱沿空掘巷安全保障体系。现场实践表明,在该体系的保障下,5305小煤柱巷实现了安全高效掘进,并未发现安全隐患。

Abstract:Small coal pillar gob side entry driving is of great significance for roadway mine pressure management and safe and efficient mining of working face.Taking the small coal pillar roadway of 5305 tongxin mine as the engineering background,in order to ensure the smooth driving of the roadway,the safety risk sources during roadway driving were identified,,and the corresponding requirements were put forward from the aspects of monitoring mine pressure,the filling of the remaining chamber,water,fire and gas prevention,etc.,and safety guarantee system of small coal pillar gob side entry driving of fully mechanized caving mining in specially thick coal seam working face was established.Field practice shows that under the protection of the system,5305 small pillar roadway has realized safe and efficient driving,no safety concerns were found.
