摘    要:基于燃烧法制备Cu-Fe复合载氧体,在小型固定床反应器上以气体CO作为还原介质,研究了Cu-Fe复合载氧体失氧情况及CO2产率;采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)的手段,考察了制备过程中煅烧温度和煅烧时间对Cu-Fe复合载氧体物相和循环反应特性的影响。结果表明:当煅烧时间为8 h、煅烧温度为900 ℃时,制备的Cu-Fe复合载氧体中的CuO和Fe2O3能完全反应生成CuFe2O4,且Cu-Fe复合载氧体的氧化还原性能随着循环反应次数的增加而逐渐增加,保持了较好的循环反应性能和较高的反应活性。

Abstract:Cu-Fe compound oxygen carrier manufactured by combustion synthesis method was investigated based on the XRD results and experiment results in a fixed bed to study the effects of calcination temperature and calcination time on phase and characteristics of cyclic reaction. The experiment results show that CuO and Fe2O3 in Cu-Fe compound oxygen carrier is able to react into CuFe2O4 with the calcination time of 8 h at the calcination temperature of 900 ℃, and redox performance of Cu-Fe compound oxygen carrier increases with cycle number exhibiting better cyclic reaction characteristic and higher reactivity.
