东峡煤矿倾斜厚煤层液压支架适用性验证

摘    要:针对东峡煤矿倾斜厚煤层开采过程中出现的设备下滑这一现象,以35219 2综采工作面为例,依据现场实际观测数据,分析了液压支架受力情况,为35219 2工作面选取合适的液压支架提供了理论依据。结果表明:工作面下顺槽侧支架平均循环末阻力小于上顺槽侧支架阻力,应加强下顺槽侧支架管理。大部分支架工作阻力分布呈非正态分布,现场所选ZF6300/19/30液压支架能够满足支护要求。

Abstract:In view of the phenomenon of equipment sliding during the mining of inclined thick coal seam in Dongxia coal mine,taking 35219 2 fully mechanized face as an example,based on the filed observation data,the stress of the hydraulic support is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of the appropriate hydraulic support in 35219 2 working face.Results show that: The average cycle end resistance of the supports on the lower crossheading side is less than that on the upper crossheading side,the supports management on the lower crossheading side should be strengthened.Most of the working resistance of the supports are non normal distribution and work well,the ZF6300/19/30 hydraulic support selected on site can meet the support requirements.
