摘    要:针对目前基于红外或可见光图像型消防炮智能化程度较低且易受干扰的问题,提出了一种基于双目相机图像与红外相机图像融合的消防炮伺服控制方式,阐述了该控制系统的硬件组成,介绍了对应控制软件的控制流程与设计,给出了代码设计的过程。基于Qt 平台开发,使用TCP/IP 通信协议传输控制数据,利用OpenCV 数据库对图像进行处理,实现了对消防炮的手动控制与伺服控制以及消防炮状态数据采集、存储、读取、查询显示等功能,给出了功能界面实验运行结果图。本系统提高了消防炮的智能化程度,解决了基于红外与图像型智能消防炮受烟雾灯光等干扰无法正常工作的问题,极大地降低了消防人员的工作复杂程度与危险度,推动了消防装备智能化与信息化的发展。

Abstract:In order to solvethe problem that the intelligent firemonitor based on infrared or visual imageis easy to be disturbed, a servo control fire monitor based on the binocularcamera image and infrared camera image was proposed. The hardware compositionof the control system was described, the control progress and design ofcorresponding control software were introduced, and the design process of codewas given. Based on Qt platform, TCP/ IP communication protocol was used totransmit control data, and OpenCV was used to process the image. The functionsof manual control and servo control of fire monitor, as well as acquisition,storage, reading, query and display of fire monitor status data were realized.The running results of functional interface experiment were given. The systemimproves the intelligent fire monitor, solving the problem that the intelligentfire monitor based on infrared and image can not work normally due to theinterference of smoke and light, greatly reduces the complexity and risk offire fighters and promotes the development of intelligent and informationize offirefighting equipment.
