孤岛工作面软岩巷道底鼓机理及控制技术

摘    要:阳煤五矿8410工作面为孤岛工作面,回进风巷道沿顶板掘进,底板为软岩,巷道受上覆岩层重力及采动影响极易发生底鼓。为防止底鼓产生危及安全生产,运用薄板理论建立软岩巷道底板力学模型,推导出底板岩层的应力状态与失稳临界条件,进而提出了孤岛工作面软岩底鼓机理,为底鼓控制及治理提供理论依据,并针对性地提出底鼓控制及治理相关技术,为同类巷道底鼓的治理提供借鉴。

Abstract:The 8410 working face of Yangmei No.5 Mine is an isolated island working face.The return air tunnel is driven along the roof.The floor is soft rock.The roadway is easily affected by the overburden rock gravity and mining movement.In order to prevent floor heavefrom endangering safety production,a thin plate theory is used to establish a mechanical model for the floor of a soft rock roadway,and the stress conditions and instability critical conditions of the bottom rock layer are derived.Then,the mechanism of soft rock bottom drum on the island working face is proposed.Governance provides the theoretical basis,and provides targeted drum control and governance related technologies to provide reference for the governance of similar drums.
