基于热轧原料数据的圆盘剪堵边预控系统

酸洗-连轧机组生产过程中圆盘剪堵边故障时有发生,是影响酸洗工艺段生产节奏的重要因素。其中,热轧来料的窄尺、镰刀弯等质量缺陷是圆盘剪堵边的重要原因。为此,在对热轧来料的全长特征数据可追溯获取与处理分析的基础上,结合对酸洗工艺段纠偏运行状态的监控,建立了基于热轧数据的圆盘剪堵边预控系统,实现了贯通“热轧-冷轧”工序的一体化决策控制新模式。该系统的在线应用表明,通过为生产过程提供决策支撑,能够有效降低圆盘剪堵边故障的发生概率,减少了非计划性停机次数,对设备稳定运行保障与成本控制起到重要作用。

Pre-control system of rotary trimming shears plugging based on hot rolled material data

During the production process of the PL-TCM,the rotary trimming shears plugging occurs from time to time,which is an important factor affecting the production rhythm of the pickling process.The narrow width of hot rolled strip,camber and other quality defects are important reasons for rotary trimming shears plugging.Therefore,the traceable acquisition and processing analysis of full-length characteristic data of hot rolled strip were investigated.On this basis,combined with the monitoring of CPC operation state of pickling process,the pre-control system of rotary trimming shears plugging was established based on the hot rolling data,a new mode of integrated decision-making control through the "hot rolling-cold rolling" process was realized.The system's online application shows that by providing decision support for the production process,the probability of rotary trimming shears plugging can be effectively reduced,the number of unscheduled downtime can be reduced.It plays an important role in equipment stable operation and cost control.
