摘    要:针对气吸式排种器播种花生等大粒径种子时吸附率低、风压需求大等问题,采用气力与机械协同取种、断气卸种、机械携种等方式,设计了一种机械气力组合式花生精量排种器。在充种阶段采用凸块扰动、定位和托持种子,并配合型孔负压协同取种,可有效提高充种性能。不同结构排种盘的扰种性能仿真分析表明,环槽双V形凸块扰种效果最佳。以种子外形尺寸、排种盘转速和工作负压为影响因素进行了双V形凸块结构的排种性能试验,结果表明类球形种子的排种性能最优。通过多目标参数优化确定了排种器的最佳参数组合。田间试验结果表明,该排种器满足花生精量播种要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low adsorption rate and high wind pressure when sowing large-diameter seeds such as peanuts with air-suction type metering device, a mechanical-pneumatic combined peanut precision seed-metering device was designed by using pneumatic and mechanical cooperative seed picking, gas blocking and seed unloading, and mechanical carrying seed.In filling stage, bumps were used to disturb, positioning and hold seeds. Seeds collection were coordinated with negative pressure of the hole.These may effectively improve the filling performance.After the simulation analyses of seed disturbance performance with different structure seed-metering discs, results show that the best seed disturbance performance comes from the one using ring groove double V-shaped bump.Taking shapes of seeds, rotational speeds of seed-metering disc and working negative pressure as factors,seed-metering performance tests with double V-shaped bump were conducted. Results show that the spherical seeds have the best seed-metering performance. The optimal parameter combination of the seed-metering devices was determined through multi-objective parameter optimization.Field test results show that the seed-metering device may meet the requirements of peanut precision seeding.
