以垣曲铁尾矿为主要原料，采用烧结法制备SiO2 Al2O3 CaO系黑色微晶玻璃。主要阐述了铁尾矿黑色微晶玻璃的制备工艺，根据生产过程中出现的问题及解决办法，总结出一套实际生产可行的制备工艺，进一步克服了黑色微晶玻璃制备工艺难、板材成型难、板材气孔率高等难点。最终，通过一系列实际生产工艺改进，成功制备出气孔少且小、板材颜色纯正的铁尾矿黑色微晶玻璃。

Overview of the Preparation Process of Black Glass ceramics from Iron Tailings

SiO2 Al2O3 CaO series black glass ceramics were prepared by sintering method from Yuanqu iron tailings.Mainly expounds the preparation technology of iron tailings black glass ceramics,and summarizes a set of practical production methods according to the problems and solutions in the actual production process.It also overcomes the difficulties of preparing,plate forming and high porosity of the plate.Finally,through a series of practical production process improvement,the iron tailings black glass with fewer pores and a pure plate color was successfully prepared.
