摘    要:地下矿山属高危行业,而冒顶片帮事故是地下矿山企业发生频率最高、危险性最大的安全事故之一。玉溪大红山矿业有限公司通过大量研究,发明地下矿山巷道专用白色防固涂料,以特有施工工艺对巷道喷涂白色防固涂料。当巷道出现冒顶片帮等安全隐患的时候会在白色涂层上显现出极为明显的黑色毛刺裂隙,使得地下矿山冒顶片帮隐性危险源显像化。该方法不但有效揭露地下矿山巷道冒顶片帮的安全隐患,为地下矿山地压监测提供了一种方便、直观、经济的新方法,同时该工艺技术对地下矿山巷道环境产生了革命性的转变,具有极大的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Underground mines are a high risk industry,and roof faulting accidents are one of the most frequent and dangerous accidents in underground mines.Through a lot of research,Yuxi Dahongshan Mining Co.,Ltd.invented a special white anti solid coating for underground mine tunnels,and sprayed white anti solid coatings on the tunnels with a special construction technique.When the roadway has hidden dangers such as roof fall,it will show extremely obvious black burr cracks on the white coating,making the hidden danger source of roof fall in underground mines visible.This method not only effectively highlights the hidden safety hazards of roof fall in underground mine roadways,but also provides a convenient,intuitive and economical new method for underground mine ground pressure monitoring.At the same time,the process technology greatly improves the underground mine roadway environment.It has great promotion and application value.
