付老庄铁矿阶段空场采场尾砂胶结充填接顶工艺优化

充填接顶是将充填材料充填到尽可能靠近矿石、岩石顶板或假顶处，使充填体对采空区顶板或假顶起支撑作用。为解决由充填接顶质量差而造成的顶板、假顶冒落或防止第二步骤回采矿石时，矿石体受到过大的地压问题，以付老庄铁矿采场充填为研究对象，通过充填管优化，增加多道中部隔离木板墙，多次移动下料口方法，使得采场接顶充填更加安全、快速，效果显著，能够有效地提高接顶率，降低二步采的安全风险。
