ZIF-8/ZDDP作为润滑脂添加剂的摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:在锂基润滑脂中分别添加了ZIF-8、ZDDP以及ZIF-8与ZDDP复配剂(ZIF-8/ZDDP),采用SRV往复摩擦磨损试验机和四球摩擦磨损试验机研究了上述3种添加剂在钢/钢摩擦副下对锂基润滑脂摩擦磨损性能的影响。采用3D光学轮廓仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)分析了摩擦副磨损表面的形貌、化学状态和元素含量。结果表明,ZIF-8/ZDDP复配添加剂能够显著提高锂基润滑脂的抗磨性能和承载力。摩擦过程中,ZIF-8颗粒黏附在摩擦副表面形成物理保护膜,并与ZDDP生成的化学反应膜协同互补,表现出优良的复配增效性。

Abstract:The lithium grease was prepared with ZIF-8, ZDDP and ZIF-8/ZDDP as additives, respectively. The effects of three additives on the friction and wear properties of lithium grease were studied by SRV reciprocating tester and four-ball tester under steel/steel friction pair. 3D optical profiler, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS) were used to analysis the morphology, chemical state and elements content of the rubbing surfaces. The results show that ZIF-8/ZDDP additives significantly improve the anti-wear performance and bearing capacity of the lithium grease. During the rubbing process, ZIF-8 particles adhere to the surface of the friction pair to form a physical protective film, which works synergistically with the chemical reaction film formed by ZDDP, showing excellent synergistic effect.
