贵州省煤矿瓦斯事故分析及防治对策*#br#

贵州省煤矿事故频发、死亡人数众多，而在每年的煤矿事故总数及死亡总人数中，瓦斯事故所占比重较大。为了有效地改善贵州煤矿瓦斯事故频发的局面，首先运用数据统计分析的方法对贵州省矿井数量分布情况、矿井瓦斯事故发生情况、矿井瓦斯超限治理情况进行分析，得出小型矿井数量居多和突出矿井与高瓦斯矿井数量集中分布是贵州省煤矿瓦斯事故频发的重要因素，事故死亡人数总高于事故数量、重大瓦斯事故频发、发生的煤矿瓦斯事故以煤与瓦斯突出事故为主是贵州省煤矿瓦斯事故总体发生情况，瓦斯超限治理能力低是贵州省煤矿瓦斯事故防治存在的重大难点，并提出了加快煤炭工业落后产能淘汰进度、瓦斯防治工作重心应放在防突与瓦斯抽采方面、加强安全教育培训、努力提升煤矿瓦斯超限治理能力4个方面的防治对策，为贵州省有效防治煤矿瓦斯事故及提高全省整体煤矿安全生产水平提供借鉴。

Analysis and Prevention Measures of Coal Mine Gas Accident in Guizhou Province

Coal mine accidents in Guizhou Province are frequent,and there are many deaths,and gas accidents account for a large proportion of the total number of coal mine accidents and total deaths each year.In order to effectively improve the frequent occurrence of gas accidents in Guizhou coal mines,the statistical analysis method is adopted to briefly explain from three aspects of the distribution of the number of mines in Guizhou Province,the occurrence of mine gas accidents,and the control of mine gas over limits.It is concluded that the important factors of the frequent occurrence of gas accidents in Guizhou province can be summarized as large number of small mines and concentrated distribution of outburst mines and hig gas mines.The overall occurrence of gas accidents in coal mines in Guizhou Province can be described as the number of deaths in accidents is always higher than the number of accidents,major gas accidents occur frequently,coal mine gas accidents are mainly for coal and gas outburst accidents.Low ability to control gas over limit is a major difficulty in preventing and controlling gas accidents in coal mines in Guizhou Province.Based on the above analysis,some related countermeasures suggestions are proposed,which concluded accelerating the progress of elimination of backward production capacity in the coal industry,emphasis on gas prevention and control should be focused on outburst prevention and gas drainage,increasing safety education and training improving the ability to control gas exceeding limits in coal mines.The above discussion results can provide reliable reference for Guizhou Province to effectively prevent gas accidents and improve the overall safety production level of coal mines in whole province.
