河南省西峡稀土矿矿石性质研究及选矿工艺设计

摘    要:为了合理开发利用河南省西峡县发现的稀土矿,进行了矿石性质研究和选矿工艺设计。探明了该稀土矿的矿产种类、矿石类型和赋存状态,结合矿石组分分析初步判别该矿石宜于采用的选矿工艺,并通过目的矿物嵌布特性分析确定矿石可选性。基于以上研究,通过不同工艺对比确定了磁选预处理—粗精矿浮选的工艺流程,并获得了开路精矿REO品位6244%、回收率6494%的分选指标。

Abstract:In order to develop and utilize the rare earth ore found in Xixia County Henan Province,the properties of the ore and the processing technology were studied.The mineral type,ore type and occurrence state of the rare earth ore are verified,and the ore dressing technology suitable for the ore is preliminarily determined by the analysis of ore composition,and the ore electability is determined by the analysis of the target mineral imbedding.Based on the above research,the technological process of magnetic separation pretreatment coarse concentrate flotation was determined by comparing different processes,and the separation indexes of REO grade and recovery of open circuit concentrate were 62.44% and 64.94% respectively.
