摘    要:传统的电磁式互感器已在与微机保护的配合中暴露出许多问题,以光学电流传感器(OCT)为代表的新型变换器的出现为此提供了解决方案。文中首先将OCT与电磁式CT进行了比较,然后介绍了OCT的工作原理及其信号的检测方法;指出OCT与微机保护的接口应是数字电信号,并介绍了目前这方面工作的进展情况,OCT的应用必将对未来的保护原理、性能、及硬件产生深远的影响从而推动继电保护的发展

Abstract:Many inconveniences reveal in the coordination of traditional electro magnetic current transformer with microcomputer based protective devices. The appearance of optical current transducer (OCT) offers new solution for this problem. In this paper at first a comparison of OCT with electro magnetic CT is presented, then the working principle of OCT and the detection method of its signal are presented. It is pointed out that the OCT and microcomputer based protective device should be interfaced by digital signal and the progress in this field is introduced. Surely, the principle, performance and hardware of future protective relaying will be influenced by the application of OCT to it and the development of protective devices will be promoted.
