| 摘 要： | 杭州国际会议中心主楼钢结构为国内最大的球状单体结构。独特的球状体外形不但使得结构的受力特点突出而且使得现场施工工艺更为复杂。主要就该工程安装精度、安全度控制中采用的现场焊接以及施工过程仿真分析、实时监测技术以及穹顶结构的现场安装方法进行介绍，以供今后类似工程参考。
